Closed ground source heat pump system for outdoor through the circulating fluid (water or water based antifreeze) in the closed pipeline flow, implementation system and heat exchange between rock and soil. Compared with the open outdoor heat exchanger system, its advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
1. The system is not affected by groundwater water yield, and no damage to the water quality or pollution;
2. The system runs with high reliability and stability;
3. Vertical buried tube way can save land area, does not affect the use function of the upper buildings. And open system in most areas in China are subject to the conditions of water resources condition and water resources use policy.
Disadvantages:
1. Because of the heat transfer characteristics of solid rock, decoupling pipe system in winter, the water temperature is lower than the open system of 5 ℃, 10 ℃, the summer to coupling pipe system of water temperature 10 ℃, 15 ℃ higher than the open system and the system operation condition is relatively poor, it puts forward higher requirements on operation efficiency of the unit;
2. Enclosed outdoor heat exchanger system are greatly influenced by geotechnical properties, continuous running, the condensing temperature and evaporating temperature of heat pump and the soil temperature change and change;
3. Small coefficient of thermal conductivity of soil of continuous absorption of heat exchanger, or the ability of heat removal is low, than open system and closed system covers an area of big;
4. The closed system of the high cost of drilling in rock area.
